Feminism
Feminism is the belief in the social, political, and economic equality of the sexes and the social movements organized around that belief. Feminist history has made it possible for traditionally ignored and disempowered groups like immigrants, people of color, etc. to actually attend college and get an education. Here is a picture of myself a Latin, women about to get three associates degrees in Liberal Arts, Sociology and Communications while reaching for a bachelors in the next two years. This has been possible for me to achieve because of feminist movements.
